OUR SERVICES
We can quickly create prototype of your product and start production of low volumes of products and you will be able to demonstrate the appearance and functionality of the product and launch it to the market. We can produce it in both simulated and actual materials, so that you could estimate it
3D Printing
Great for design testing. There are some limitations with material selection although high detail and complexity can be achieved with the quickest lead time.
CNC Machining
CNC machining uses real production representative material rather than simulation material, that is used by alternate prototyping methods. High precision and capability of reproducing can be achieved in a short time.
Vacuum Casting
In this manufacturing process silicone molds are used. It is perfect for short run production and has a lower cost for manufacturing higher prototype volumes.
Sheet Metal
Prototypes and parts with low volumes are usually produced via CNC or laser cutting. It allows to make lead time really quick.
Injection Moulding
When the correct grade of plastic or a low volume build is required. This method works perfectly for larger parts and products with intricate details.
Metal Die Casting
In this manufacturing process silicone molds are used. It is perfect for short run production and has a lower cost for manufacturing higher prototype volumes.
